i get a lot of question in regarding to lymph nodes on hormones from bunhch of hypocondriac psycos,,again! bodybuilder are diffrent creatures!,, the normal lymph node shoudl usaly be few mm to 2cm at max...NEVER THE LESS! most ppl will have them around 1cm and also bodybuild wil have most around 1cm ,,but! but!!!!! nodybuild inject into blood alot of chemicals and solutions that body act against as if it was infection and if you do it on regular basis espcialy underground but also many many pharma grade,,the body will fight against it via the lympatic system SO...your lymph nodes will be sligly bigger,,you will have them 1-2cm same as kids that hormones go all over the place ages 13-21 same exact thing...
now in addition bodybuildr suffer much more from what called SHOTTY lymph nodes it come as result of again toxins that are THE SOLUTIONS YOU GET INTO BODY ...some lymph nodes take it some not depending on wherre injected and also on your body way of doing things because if your bitch tits is on the left nipple YOU BETTER BET 100 DOLAROS THAT your shotty lyph node sized 1.75 cm will be on th eleft side too somewhere on top of the neck under the sculp...the shotty ones also come from very heavy and straighnous exercize and the swell of muscle,,they are not enlarge persay they are just enlarged normal into the max of 2cm,,
now anything between 1-2cm i consider perfectly normal! BUT! if you see lymph nodes that go 3cm and over.....thats a case of worry and need to be checked inaddition ,,
now sinc americanos dont know matric sytstem then for them anything 3/4 of an inch or less is normal....between 3/4 of an inch and 1 inch it is still ok but make sure doesnt grow into over an inch in diameter,,the shotty ones should be same size alwys and just stuck there and depending on stress ...relaxation,,,serious of training with heavy weights etc..depending on that they should either be more pronounced or less pronounced,,the shotty ones will NOT BE RED AROUND OR VISIBLE TO THE NAKED EYE LIKE PROBLEMATIC ONES,,
when you have large nymph node you can see it ! you ned to see it ! over 1 inch is where you should look into it ,,anything up to 1 inch for bodybuildr should be consider within normal reason aslong as not growing regularly ofcourse
also remember! anything will make lymph node grow from tooh that you broke yourself and left litle of it in the gum ...to infection of the ear that you are nto even awae of since it is light one and only feel like you have hair inside your eare deep but not major sides..so you dont even know you have infection and it goes away yet the lymph in the area will be enlarged... to the use of hgh HGH WILL GET LYMPH NODES TO BE ENLARGED TO SOME DEGREE AGAIN WITHIN THE NORMAL ZONE OF 1-2 CM...UP TO 3/4 OF AN INCH...1 INCH SHOULD BE THE MAX BODYBUILR LYMPH NODE GO WITH OUT LOOKING INTO IT MORE SERIOUSLY
