Haha, I still don't think I could do that so I'll give him credit for having some strength, but by no means is that full range of motion.

That's why I say my bench max was 225X22 because say what you will, I was at least doing full reps.  I feel good sort of getting back into it.  I think with most things in life, moderation is key.

I should do these half reps and claim I bench 225 for 30.  I know guys who claim 35-40 with form that I could hit 30 with.  We have to compare like for like.  Personally I don't expect strict reps but it would be nice to see full reps.

He didn't do one full rep or even a half rep
... And on the "605" guy had his hand on the bar from rep one... And he didn't even go half down or quarter way down.. Why not just max on a weight he can actually do himself

Isn't this the same "Big Cliff" guy that does the hammer row machine with about 700lbs? Someone posted it a while back. I think he makes these videos for a joke, but he isn't that strong anyway so I don't really see the point in it all.
