We might give you shit (it's our way of letting you know that you are accepted), but you vids are quite good.

x2. Mike does make good videos. Ive seen RTB 1 and 2 dvds and they were actually good bodybuilding documentaries, way better than any other shit out there. I'll rip them this week and upload them.

Presenting the first of a two-part Kai Greene instructional video series! The video was shot at Metrofitness Gym in Columbus, Ohio during the Arnold Classic weekend and features Kai training with the winner of the first “Train with Kai” essay contest sponsored by MuscleMeds.

Eighteen year old footbal player and bodybuilder Brandon Graham was put through an exhausting full-body workout but I think what Kai exercised the most was Brandon’s brain, giving him tips, hints and guidance to enhance his experience in the gym, as well as the rest of his life.

In this second and final part of Kai Greene's first instructional video series, the winner of the "Train with Kai" contest finds himself being pushed to his limits while trying to keep up with an off-season Kai. Part 1 showed Kai testing to see if he could push Brandon hard. In part 2 it seems like Kai is seeing just how hard Brandon can be pushed during this total-body workout.

We came to Metrofitness gym in Columbus to record a staged media event for MuscleMeds, but as this session wears on my documentary instincts kick in as I realize that what is happening here is becoming real.

Be on the lookout for information on a new “Train with Kai” contest centered around the New York Pro!

10:53 in first vid....its an Abductor machine, not Adductor machine he is using.

Thanks. Write a letter to my daughter explaining why I can't afford to buy her new shoes while you're at it.

 :D :D :D

the kid: " hundreds thousand of million people are gonna watch me on the internet cause I'm with Kai Greene"

I love how the narator is desperately trying to make this into a documentary about the origins of mankind... it's a fucking advert for pushing scam supplements. That's all. A workout.

Origins of mankind?? LOL! Now who's exaggerating?

It's about a kid pushed beyond what he thought he was prepared for. In documentary that's called "human interest". I'd like to see YOU go through this workout!
