i've actually been thinking about doing this, once spring comes. it's 2 miles each way, so that would be a nice little warm up and cool down to and from. don't need no fancy expensive bike either, a simple "10-speed" schwinn would do the trick!

I have no choice really, kids school is 12miles one way, then I go to work. I don't train at my work so if I don't train at home, the other gym I train at is 10miles away.

yesterday I ran 4 miles to the gym, worked out then ran home. Now that's it's warmer, definitely gonna take the mountain bike..(oops sorry Chaos)
