Ronnie had "said" in a old Flex (1995) that as a kid he used to just do bicep curls at night. Didn't count reps, sets, just curl away. Look at the vascularity of his arms, and the size, even for a kid who fooled around with weights. Kinda reminds of old pics of Mike Mattarazzo.

On the 98 Olympia tape ronnie's mom gives him a hug when he wins then flexes her arm for a joke and she has some serious biceps herself.

Yes. Bodybuilding is all about genetics. Drugs, food and training methods are available to pretty much everyone - what is not are genetics.
