pro or top npc competitor offseason/bodyfat?

we've all seen the pics and/or videos of the pros or npc competitors "off season" looking all bulky and linebacker like, just curious as if they are really that out of shape and fat or just compared to their contest ready shape? what bodyfat % percentage are we talking about?

usualy 7-8% with more water held between skin and muscle,,to your face we will say we are 10-12% but in reality we are 7-8% and actually in many times look 6% but hold fat within muscle....

majority are 7-8% and just eat diet that is not strict ,,it is cleaner than the average bear but not strict with things such as sushi,,jamaican,,german,,eggwhites ,, icecream ,,infact we eat icecream almost every day at night 1/2 cup on a regular basis,,anyone 6% can tell you that ,, i dont know the bodybuld who doesnt eat penut butter rieces icecream atleast few times a week while on high doses trenbolona and or gh

so 7-8% offseason is what you are disgusted with due to our bloat ,,

when you like our look we are 5-7% and clean diet reduce testosterona increase trenbolona and masterona ...take out the gh,, and add in the diuretic or reboud from a show...thats when you like our look and pictures

all and all its about 10lb lol
