Of all the Rodney Roller: RAW episodes, this one is the most straight-ahead hardcore!

With only nine days left before his show Rodney has one last full-on chest and arms workout at 5th Avenue Gym with Oscar and special guest Kai Greene.

But, I must admit, I kinda liked the PBS style voice over work for the 3-4 minutes I watched.

The DVD was great!
