I can't copy the picture, but if you have a FB account and are friends with Lonnie Teper, take a look at the pic he posted of this trainer doing a form of hack squat with some big asian dude. Even Jerry Brainum commented on the stupidity of this. Then the 'trainer" came on and commented then removed the comment and Brainum called him out on it!
