the ac joint problems are horrible,,, i didnt opt for the surgery and it took over a year or probly more to start using weights propperly again
what you should do, and everyone else is do shoulder rehab exercises at least once a week for your entire training career, not just when it gets achy...
internal and external band work with scapular exersizes of your choice... even the lads who arent experiencing shoulder problems yet should look into this, if you have an abb or cardio day just add them to the beginning and youl thank me for it
