"clean" doesn't mean anything anymore. You need saturates for proper testosterone production and carbohydrates also help give you proper hormonal function. If you're going to eat hardly anything all the time at least do 2000 calories with a few 2500 calorie days a week. You can be no bigger than about 140lbs I'm guessing on those calories.

bang on.. you'd be surprised how many people ignore/ dont know this.
