You know how many people I have met that say, "I'm on disability", yet I see no disability, and yet they but illegal drugs, but don't work? Tons...or what about the people who have "handicap" signs in their cars, and they get out and walk, sometimes run into the store/bank...
It's a joke...a bunch of people who scam you and me out of money...
That's just how this system is. Capitalism is a good system, but with capitalism some people will always be poor and struggling.
Don't hate the player, hate the fucking game. It's never gonna change. You can't change human nature. Can't expect every person to be a perfect hard working machine, people are people.
