 I've always been a fan of him but he looks like a walking heart attack right now.

 Lower the dosage and chill out RUHL. Start lifting naturally like me Marcus. Then maybe you won't have a stroke.

Palumboism indeed. Arms have shrunk significantly, legs also. Torso has grown, with distension. Really weird stuff. What causes this?
