The cycle looks sensible but others can chime in.
One thing that can help is to make sure you add at least 1 high rep "pump set" at the end of every body part routine.
I would also ease into 2 x a day training while on with more volume. On that cycle you should recover with ease from the extra work and make some gains. Lastly make sure you get in 300 g a protein a day to maximize things.
