Cocaine gives you plenty of positive "gains"... gain doesn't have to be muscle gain necessarily (typical meat head mentality   ), but still a gain. My gain with cocaine was the happyest most satisfying state of being I have ever fealt in my entire life... better than my first love, better than make up sex... the feeling is just superb and you take lifes stupid little problems as you should, lightly, VERY lightly but you get them done.

The coca ITSELF is healthy for you! Coca leaves are the healthiest leaves you can think of, aswell as some roots in south aamerica that gives you this feeling while chewing up the plant.
 But the drug "cocaine", sure it has diesel and some substance in it that is used to take off paint, but not much. And with small usage cocaine doesn't give any bad physical effects.
