No Redmeat, it depends on which prison systen allows or doesn't allow weights. My best friend who has been an LA county Sheriff for over 20 years told me. I trust what he says especially since we talk everyday and he himself trains. What seems like arguing to you isn't. You asked, I gave an answer.

They just can't work out with heavy weights the way they used to. Nothing the guards can do about that, except let them get away with their bars and beds type workouts.


The "buddy system" training takes on a whole new... uhhhhhmmm. "perspective" in a 4 x 7 cell block.

Fuck that! I am sixty-six and training heavier than ever before. Been lifting since I was eighteen. It is more about sticking with it than age.
