ive always busted 1- 2 nuts a day since childhood maybe 10 or so. never days off but if i start doing it 3 times a day then yes extreme pain in the middle of the night , not while im doing it. thats why i try to only just do once but many times its 2, i really want to go for it 3 times but i know the consequeces. i guess this is my body's way of self preservation/self checking system that has been programed when more dna was created/designed/orginated
