Whats your daily diet?
I truely dont keep track, I work two jobs so I don't have time to stress about it, I feel starved about every two-three hours so I eat. Mornings I do 10 eggwhites 2 yoke- cup oats/ then about every 2-3 hours I'll have 8 oz or chicken or steak with brown rice or potato. Eat a zero impact meal replacement bar and two shakes most days. Thats the basics just keep it simple. How recent was the pic you posted? My first time seeing your pic serious lifter I can respect that.
