what insulin protcol has given you the best results?

I know pre workout is the prefered time but the more I dig and get in depth it is becoming clear to me pros and many monsters prefer long acting lantus also to be noted lantus binds to the igf1 receptor?

Im ruinning the humilin r that way at the moment with the magic drinks protcol but and getting good results but I dont think it is optimal for out right size I think there prolly has to be more the one administration for that or longer acting

With Humalin-R...how long prior to workout would be best?

I've only done post-workout (went from 275 to 296 in 45 days!) at 15 units. That was with 1 gram of Test per week and small amount of Deca.

He probably means the Milos protocol with pre workout insulin and pre-, during-, after workout drinks with carbs, aminos etc...

If i would ever use it, i would first monitor my blood sugar levels without it (for some time for reference) and then i'd use it post workout. I also wouldn't train late at night, because i sure wouldn't want to be sleeping while going hypo.

I think proably 30 to 60 mintues pre wrokout and yes i was talking about the milo protocol

I love pre-workout, but after a while the fucking shaked make me want to puke and it affect my training especially on leg day

so I think I'll do post workout for a while to get more intense workout without having that fucking shake taste in my mouth

best way for me is to use it few hours before training, eat lots of carbs, then go to the gym with ur muscle full of glycogen and BOOMMMmmm, then use it again after training, and after you wake up, and before going out, bhahaha

how late do you guys think yould be the cut off point for slin, how late at night would you risk the pre workout shot?

Slin shuld he used when ur body is in a depleted state

Fast - after wakin
pOST workout

At those times ur glycogen stores are lowest

Every cell in ur body has a glut 1 and glut 4 receptor for slin.....so when excogenous slin is admin the recptors open allowin glycogen and othr nutrients in, that what causes ur blood sugar to drop....all the free floatin glyco gets puahed into cells and ur body has to tap ur liver and brain for stored glyco

Those are times when glyco is lowest......splitin slin up everytime u eat is effective as well but it will make unfat cause essentially slin is the schoolbus for nutrients....they take them whr they need to go.....if ir gentically pron to store fat, it will take it str8 to ur fatass
