you're lean. and interesting words- 'im stuck'. you will be stuck till you tighten up your diet. your as lean as you'll get being half assed. want to get leaner, you'll have to tighten shit up quite a bit. getting to where you are (6-7%) is the easy part. getting lower a lot harder.
interesting you and god both peg me at the same level... in highschool i got some bullshit machine reading (not even sure what it was -- you stood on a scale type device and it told you your bf... the operator asked me my age first so he could type it in
) and it read 8%. i definitely felt like i was leaner back then, too, esp. less fat around the abs.
i'm really not looking to get lower right now, besides isn't sub 6-7 + any muscle at all the realm of the hormonizer?
right now i feel like my muscles don't work and joints are just about to call it quits though. i really need to find out what's wrong with me first before i even think about any less bodyfat or more muscle, lol.
