A small update. its not like anyone cares.

In the morning after a piss and a dump, 189 pounds. Good pounds, still have striations in the hams, quads and veins, abs are blurry, they are always like that if im not in contest shape thats why im trying to balance it with training with weights to "pop".
Now, regarding my weight, i want to make myself clear im not bulking, in fact im eating a little.. with free meals frequently.
If i gain weight, i try to lose it. if i lose weight im happy and if i remain the same weight im even happier.
**I ate a SHITLOAD of stracciatela icecream yesterday after training (with liquid clen syryp spilled all over the top rofl), my farts smelled like hell all day long.haha. today im lighter ..wtf.
Red face is gone without touching anything (thank god). it must have been the sdrol.
ive also started hcg today. 1500iu e4d for 3-4 weeks. just because.
