some felas still do not undersatand why bodybuild use hormones...its nto always for size...it is TO MAINTAIN size and recover better,, sometime to lift more like matt c,,hormonal usage purposed is vast,,
the only way to eat whatever you want and even then you will have to eat in some kind of balance ...is when on gh and trenbolona...otherwise you will have to control what you eat fellas ,, when i say i eat whatever i want its becaue of gh! because of trenbolona,,
also fellas do not do not do not! understand the diff between water and fat,, they see fella that hsi abs are washed up but still there and they say 10% NO! that fella is 6% 7% only water logged when it come to bodybuilding stage....to most fellas he is conditioned and ripped but to bodybuild level competition he is 15-20 lb off...
you need to know the difdferences between water and fat ,,some fellas do not understand it ,,they see blurrded paulie dillet in some offseason with abs kinda half ass showing they say 13% NO! HE IS STILL 6-7% ONLY USED ANADROLA AND DIANABOLA WITH HIGHER DOSES TESTOSTERONA... very very simple to understand,, anyone of the fellas who is called 13% when they put little effort to flex abdominal you will 6 the 6 abs there....you may nto see tunnled abs because for that you need to have no water between skin and muscle or very low amount of water...but the abs wil be there visible and noticable when flexing
