875 mg test a week is a lot! with 350 deca and 350 npp
i'll be trying to gain as lean as i can, even though with deca i hold A LOT of water and my lines will get blurry
will train weights only 4x week, cardio 2-3x week to stay tight and help cholesterol
but my training sessions will be balls to the wall to failure and drop sets
ive seen huge dudes that say they only train 3x week so im going to REST MORE this cycle and see how i pans out. but maybe gh15 is right and the #1 thing that matters is all drugs???
5'10.5 currently 207lbs with flexed abs, i'd say around 11-12%bf max
