Females usually have sick legs. They grow like crazy! Very strong also.

you can build amazing legs by doing any exercise who streses those muscles! it can be squats..but you can also be great bodybuild with ZERO squats.. you can do hack squats,, and you can do NO SQUATS!
just read the balonie they feed you on leg training,, go to the gym and see those fellas load 4 plates each side,,go down to reps ,,all weighin 190lb lol for what? lol you can do hack sqats with 2 plates each side and build great legs,, this is the all balonie behind modern bodybuild the liessssssssssssssssss the liesssssssssssssssss
