I really like the EZ bar, especially for skullcrushers. I don't like barbell curls or EZ curl for biceps that much, cause they can give shoulder pain..

Eh.  Your mom is just "ok".  The EZ bar is pretty good for hitting biceps.  Your mom is pretty good for hitting too though.
