guy writes in saying he is very strong on tricep movements but can't seem to get the outer head of His tri to grow. Branch gives a long answer to which he begins
"it's not about how strong you are if your form sucks"

This is just printing error! I have seen the sketch and it stated:

" it's not about how strong you are if you use no chains"

The most hilarious thing from FLEX magazine back in the 1990s is that is had all these articles written by "pro bodybuilders" about training and nutrition, and the pros all wrote with Shakespearean English, using sophisticated literary platitutes and the refined vocabulary of a Harvard PhD in literature. It was ridiculous. Guys who talked in grunts in real life, writing like Shakespeare in FLEX. It's not as bad today as it was before, but it's still obvious that FLEX has professional writers writing their articles and that the knowldege of "the pros" is actually straight out of a kinesiology book.

Asking training advice to someone who teared every muscle fibre at least twice is pretty dumb, so lets hope MD has a smart ghostwriter.

Not saying reps need to be picture perfect but branch and especially Jackson very bad for when your standing when doing a seated movements ... That is pure ego lifting
