Damn, thanks to the person on here who messaged me and pointed this out. On closer inspection, it has become apparent that both Brian's Datejust and Speedmaster are indeed super clones!

The hour markers on the Datejust are misaligned and the date magnification is all wrong. If he removes the case back, I guarantee you'll see a cloned movement. Same goes for the Speedmaster. The 3 and 9 markers are much smaller than on the genuine one as the Chinese factory obviously struggled to balance the proportions. There's a reason he's not posted photos of the case: the flywheel will give the game away!

Squatting and deadlifting, any exercise, is a way to get connected with the present moment there is nothing ridiculous or self righteous in saying so. Doing it only for what I can get out of it in terms of bodybuilding hypertrophy does not factor in to my thinking.

I posted a squat video hoping to inspire others. One person was inspired and posted an awesome squat video.  50 people wrote 5 pages of responses about how squats are bad for your back knees and not mechanically required for them and their goals but somehow mine were still not up to par.

Meanwhile I could not stand without assistance in 2019. I could not walk without a cane. After my son was born I got inspired and started walking unassisted on the beach for 1/4 mile a day. I slowly built back up. It took a long time before I could squat with no weight. It was very painful.

By 2021 I made my first squat video. I managed 225lbs for 3 reps. This week I squatted 225lbs for 18 reps no pain.

My legs have gotten considerable stronger I can run now this is always what it was all about.

My snowboard is arriving tomorrow and I am taking my son snowboarding for a week. I could not walk in 2019.

All of your excuses are invalid. BigRo nice squats with sleeves and a belt. I like it Raw. I was already planning to hit 315lb for more 5-6 reps RAW this week anyway. Bur if you think I cant in sleeves and a belt sure let’s make a wager how much do you have?

Yes, definitely. It's a treacherous game, with scams everywhere, and one would have to invest a lot of time and money into it in order to access the 'rare' pieces from the ADs that sell for a lot more money on the grey market.
