I’ve been in the gym a dozen or so times while Kia worked out there. (Golds on Commercial). He always had the same woman with him. She was BUILT. They were affectionate with hugs and kisses. So for whatever that is worth. This was over the course of 4-5 years that I saw him there. He had an odd workout program from what I could see but he is strong as fuck. I am talking full hang paused at bottom pull ups to his chest for 15 reps that didn’t even break a sweat or wind him. He could have kept going and done more but he would do 6-7 sets of 15 reps at the start for warm up. His program was odd as I said. They would come in and he would do those pull ups and then they would go to the mat area and do a really long assisted stretch routine for half hour and then he would do 45 mins on the stair master and then and ONLY then would his workout start. No matter what he trained that was the beginning for each workout. In his videos he always says the weight doesn’t matter but regardless he was strong. And he did a lot of exercise reps really slow. All together from the time he walked into the gym until he walked out was about four hours. I never really saw the start and finish of his workout. I always caught one or the other.
