Judging from looking around me, millions of rural youth.  MTV is still amazingly effective as the salesman of lifestyles, goods, and services to mainstream American children.

if you watch tv past 7pm, that commercial runs ALL the time.  at 99cents a pop, can you imagine how many thousands of people are texting it just to support the tv & radio ads alone?

I don't watch MTV/VH1. Nat Geo, Disco, Animal Planet, are my steelo.
But yeah, a shitload of money is being made off of having a JS nckname, kinda like the 21st century version of the GI Joe codename.
