we train !,, dont balonie ,,we do train! we take drugs more than we train but we do! train,, you can sit and take all the drugs in the world but if you dont train you wont end up looking like bodybuild,, WE TRAIN ,, we just take drugs on a regular basis and make sure its legit drugs

Yes, he train heavy but he would get better result if lowered the weight a bit, performed a better ROM and slowered the pace of the reps in the exercise performed. His joint would thank him, and would not to risk another injury!
But his insecurity does not let him realize this. Branch is in so much drugs now that he can sustain a workout like this, but once he will put down the needles and stop swallowing pills he will realize how bad he wrecked his body!
For now he keep pushing the envelope in the training ,drugs and conditioning and idiots at MD love him for that, but that day he will stop this insanity and his carreer is over, he will be just another Tom Prince!

Well, it seem to be working with guys like Arnie, Kai Green, Lee Haney and many others. Then there is Warren, Kamali and few other in the another camp, thinking that range of motion doesn't mean anything. If you compare Branch to Kai, you see the difference. While Branch look like a neanderthal, Kai or Haney look like an athlete.

How exactly those 2 inch reps benefit your muscles, even there is a great amount of weight on the sledge? They don't. It is so simple. You can try it yourself: load your leg pressing machine up to your one rep max for complete range of motion. Then put on you knee warps and load on double weight. You can do set of those two inch reps with no problem, and if you don't drop any of the weights on your toes, you don't get any unusually soreness from this.
