You have to give Nissan credit for making such a sound technological machine and it still cost that much, plus it will last longer and be much less to service than any other supercar

But I'd still have the Jag tbh...more exclusive, rarer...I live on a college campus tons of Asians with GTRs around.

Ofcourse the Nissan will win. It's AWD...

Can't believe they make sport cars without AWD in 2012.... Major failure.

weight man, weight...the AWD system carries weight, plus most racing organizations don't allow AWD---if they did, Audi and Nissan would win almost all of the fighting

Actually for the 2012 models both the Z06 and ZR1 have faster ring times...and that's more relevent than 0-60.  GTR also looks like schitt next to a vette ;)

Yeah, I know...Zr-1 is 7:18 something, and both have revised interiors. better times due to better tires.
The LFA had a hot lap of 7:22, but will do an official lap sometime later.

The GT_R looks may not be for everybody's taste, but for the money---it slays Ferraris, Lambo, Porsche's, Vettes,  etc. it was made for a certain pupose...but if it was my money it would be the ZR-1

Well for 2012 its slower than a Z06 - might be a dumb question but I'm not sure how the price compares between a Z06 and GTR?  It would have to cost a lot less than a Z06 to say it "slays" it for the money

Well, dealer mark ups are one thing, plus the the fact that the GT-R  has a hidden cost when it comes to maintenance---it has a supercar bill.
