Puffy nipples

So disturbing, while relaxed they look like boobs...as soon as you "pinch" those things they are tight again.

Is that water retention..? Because Im sure its not gyno, doesnt hurt at all.

look closely at my pics... I've had that since puberty and I'm 33. It definitely HAS gotten better in the last few years when I took two long (year +) breaks from hormones and then when I got back on I didn't just indescriminitely jam test and deca, instead going for the short ester compounds.

Still, I hold fat and water in the lower chest/nipple area and it's annoying. Even when I'm 5%, there's a tiny amount left. It's not gone until I'm shredded ripped totally ready and won't come back until the estrogen levels increase enough. Of course, you need the estrogen to grow, so it's a double edged sword.

Really annoying.. i recall having it from 17 (im 23 now). When you wear a tight shirt and you want to show off your pecs those peperoni nipples really stand out

I MEAN PECS ARE GREAT AND ALL, BUT IF YOU WANT TO STAND OUT IN A FITTED SHIRT ITS ALL ABOUT THE LATS, AND SIDE DELTS BRAH. ALL ABOUT THE LATS & SIDE DELTS.

honestly i have this problem too lol and it's not gyno i know for sure ... and i'm about 90% sure it has to do with estrogen because when i use AI/AE for example they're flat all the time moment i drop the estrogen blockers and wait a few days they go back to "puffy"

ever since i was a little kid i had puffy nipples though so it's different for everyone in my opinion

Sucks I have them to. I got them a couple of years ago. I never had a problem with estrogen sides unit I decided I was gonna run and amp eod of human grade sustanon while front loading with a little extra prop. My nipples got really itchy and puffy. I tried everything to get rid of it. I went through bottles of different research chems. Nothing helped. I just pinch them every so often or rub my chest If I'm a the beach or something. 10mg ed of human grade nolvedex helps dramatically during cycle though. It keeps them nice and hard. I use lighter test dose now they don't get as bad.

I don't know if it's gyno or not but just because it doesn't hurt doesn't mean anything....gyno doesn't always hurt.

I don't think mine is actually gyno I never got actually lumps. But my nips did get a little bigger. It really bothered me for about a year. I got use to it and when my estro is low you can barely tell. You need to get on some good nolvedex asap. Even ten mg should help right away.

i hear people say how an AI and/or somthing like nolva helps this situation but does it get rid of it permantly or will the problem come back when u get off the nolva or AI. iam actually delaying my first cycle of test because of this.

Mine never went them away. The trick is you have to get rid of it at the first sign of itchyness swelling. If your nip grows a little bit It's kind of hard to reduce it. You can reduce lumps but not the actualy puffy nip.
