Creatine Monohydrate vsm Kre-Alkylin

Never used kre-alkylin but monohydrate works fine and it's cheap so I stick with that. I've also used ethyl-ester and it sucks - not to mention tastes vile.

if your going to use use mono, its been proven to saturate your muscles with water and thats what you want.  This new stuff is all hype and  people trying to make money with new supps.  One of these shit creatine supps, I think it was Concrete says "no water retention" whats the point of that?

I tried the Kre-alkalyn a few years back..only because it claimed to not cause water retention in the skin like regular creatine. Creatine does give me fullness, but it bloats me. Unfortunately, I got just as bloated from Kre-alkylin. But no other sides from it.
