Painful pumps
« on: August 14, 2011, 06:47:32 AM »
About 3 weeks now and i barely can train like i used to anymore
when im training chest i get painful pumps in my delts (mostly fronts)
back, hams, quads are the same story just with my lower back.

and i know how to train, i mean it wasn't like that before ( maybe some lower back pumps but not at such degree)

it must be the water retention, although i started to use 1mg arimidex and 100mg masteron (both eod, and both i just recently started to use), it dry's me up, but it seem like it's not enough....

i also use 750mg of test enth(wk), and 10iu's of gh (daily)
i know that both cause water retention, but not at such level... it's just seems like something is wrong.

water retention should actually make you stronger and when your holding water your joints shoudlnt hurt. its when your cutting and using drugs like winstrol that suck out water is when your joints start to ache. Im not sure whats going on in your situation.have you tried this cycle before? if its your first cycle thats alot of gear. give us some history

Getting stronger doesn't really help me if i can barely workout...
im not cycling, im just on and actually i started as low as 250mg of test enth, than increased it slowly and added gh started from 2iu all my way to 10iu.

It's the gh. The pump is debilitating especially when eating a lot and on AAS. We couldn't get past warmups without extreme painful pumps when using gh offseason.

So lowering the dose?
or there is any chance that your body get used to the water retention after a while?

well Im not sure what your optimal goal is but thats alot of HGH. Try using 4-6 IU's and see how you feel. when was the last time you took a b reak from AAS and HGH?

Your body will acclimate, although if ur having bad hand and wrist probs then cut back on sodium and junk food a little. The gh kills the fat but the water retention can hurt.

Well i was following "use as much as you can afford" did 6iu and didn't feel a single side so after several weeks i got up to 8 and after few weeks to 10.
i was complete off 4months ago.

i only have 2 bad fingers, but it's enough to wake me up at middle of the night...
i will cut the junk for a while.

What are you eating?
i eat oatmeal, fruits, natty Pb toast and eggs in the morning
chicken and rice with healthy fats x3
steak and pasta with healthy fats pre WO
PWO shake with protein and carbs
protein and ice cream before bed

but i also eat good quality restaurant food 2-3 times a week

That is CLEAN eating. Are you getting lean??? If you're not, maybe your gh is shitty, what kind is it?

Just STFU about the pain and pumps and enjoy being a beast. If that's not happening, either your genetics blow chunks or your gear is bunk.

not really related to those "painful pumps" but i think with 10iu gh ed your aas should definitely be higher...i'm personally running same amount of gh, nd blues, with 2,5g total aas a week...btw, which gh are you using? certain brands, riptropin for instance, do cause significantly more water retention than others...salt also has quite a lot to do with it, i never add any of it into my food, only get it from bread and when eating out...last saturday i ate first some kebab, then half a pizza and finally a double burger from grill..all within 8 hours, with 2-3 whiskey shots...the end result was i looked like a fucking water buffalo next morning, not a pretty sight :-[

I also do cardio 4-5 times a week (don't hate! it's only for health reasons, after all i have to take responsibility...)
and well im relatively lean, i got chest/delts striations, sometimes i can see triceps striations, quads separation although the water thing is kinda confusing because when i take pics i can see my obliques but the abs are blurry so much....

and well it's a good idea i will stfu from now on :)

I actually thought it's the opposite, with hgh you can get along with less aas while getting better results, and i just take it slow, i mean i got results with what i used so i kept it like that.
and i use rips, but im about to change them because of the said reason.

Look at the bright side, not a single pound of fat was added that day  ;D

With the gh, you'll get better results with less AAS than with AAS alone. But you'll also get FAR better results from a high dose AAS cycle than you would without it. Especially when taking higher test doses the gh will keep you very lean (although water retention can be a problem).

Spudes "water buffalo" moment was just that, water.

yep, i know...but, as most bb'ers, i'm such a self-centric narcissistic asshole that things like that bother me like crazy :-[

and yes, rips suck ass...ppl think they're strong because they gain 15lbs in a week and can't close their hands or some other bullshit...then again, with legit pharm grade gh you need to take 10+ ius a day to get similar sides

when it comes to combinig gh and aas...running high dose gh without at least semi-high dose aas is a waste of time and money, imo...when talking about bb'ing, at least...anti-aging is a whole another thing of course
