EA Sports is giving up their exclusivity to NCAA games in 2014

When are they giving up their rights to the NFL also, so someone can make a TRUE physics game with real financial, draft and roster engines?  When?

We are not giving up the rights to the NFL... maybe ever.

We are giving up the NCAA rights due to a settlement agreement from a 2008 Lawsuit, so yes, someone else will be able to make an NCAA game if they so desire.
