sure a bus can hit you but if you work everyday with some manual labor or workout everyday and never a day off you learn to adapt to the right eating routine for you most intelligent people evolve to a vegetarian diet for everyday energy not just a few days a week energy.
if your diet is lacking then your physical activity lacks, if you never strive to be healthy and energized on a daily basis your health will lack overall and those 2-3 days off a week will turn into 3 and 4 days off a week and so on. So lets be farrrrr from that and learn to take care of ourselves so that we are high functioning everyday of the week. This is the key to health, that is being able to be active 7 days a week, of course if you rely on stimulants you might crash and burn and not be able to acheive this level
being skinny and lean isnt everything look how many skinny lazy bums are out there who take many days off a week while slowing letting the degeneration cells creep up on them in there system over time making these bums even lazier. however these lazy lean folks are unaware because they think somehow they are healthy when yet they dont stay active enough, they think there leaness means more to them than there activity level.
