GH15, in those basketball photos he does have more muscles than a lot of kids that age. He obviously was predisposed to have a muscular physique. Look at the calves also in the photo. Not bad at all for a basketball player.

GH15, we know that forearms, as well as calves, are highly genetic. You have to have a foundation to build forearms like this. No? No amount of drugs is going to build a forearm like that!

his body soaking all thre drugs and accept them ....for now,, he is mega responder thats where is start and thats where it ends...put him and denis wolf in lost island for 6 months....and you will see what happen at the end...philsulina will be eaten by wolf because wolf will need food because he has foundation ,, philsulina will go for 20 days all hyper then sit and try to make fire with 2 sticks then dissapear into the 170 160 140 and bye bye food for wolfe who will still be 180-220lb for sometime

I am inclined to agree, his shoulders are clearly capped as an individual seperated muscle and his triceps are popping out, not big but certainly muscular for his frame and good shape

Looks more muscular and leaner here than most pros when they were starting out, including Dorian and Jay. I doubt he was juicing there much, if at all. That pic shows he's made for bodybuilding and has sick arm genetics.

If anyone is "no foundation" it must be Lee Priest, since he started taking hormones from when he was 14, around the time he started lifting. But he looks no different than Phil to me, muscle quality-wise.
