ephedrine will make your cardio performance (whether for competition or fat burning) go up by 50%.  I know when i don't take any, i run a couple miles like a slug, but if i take some before a run, i'll go for 5-6 miles at a nice pace.

let me rephrase by "your cardio performance" i meant "my cardio performance".

yes, i realize i may not be the only one on this board who takes ephedrine and does cardio, both often at the same point in their lives.

I heard a story, told by a "brazilian guru" of bodybuilding, Waldemar Guimaraes, who has close conections w the great Dorian Yates, of a ciclist who had taken so much EPO that his blood consistency was just like a yogurt.. off course it was known after his death

Adrenaline will not help performance 99% of the time. I haven't tried it but I'm fairly confident of this.
