Anything that runs a HUGE risk of getting injured in the gym is stupid.....this ranks right up there with squatting in a stability ball....MAYBE one step above. It's a circus trick. We have Indo boards but I would NEVER place any load on. We use it more for proprioception and reactive drills more than anything.

BTW, dude even fucked up the name of the board in the title of the video. This man has no clue on what this does, the risks or why he's doing it with the exception of "it looks cool".
