you must create a standard nutriotional cycle involving one stimulate concoction of cocoa and carob mixture once every 3 days maybe more days in between or maybe one on and one off depending upon how you react

it should not be used everyday your body needs to rebuild its adrenaline, you must 'bank' your adrenaline before you can 'spend' it. but that doesnt mean NOT workout, you must workout everyday but ramp it up on the cocoa and carob day where you have one nice big drink in the morning of half water half milk 3 tablespoons of coco and 3 tablespoons of carob and a good amount of chocolate syrup

Our bodies do go through cycles much like the moon cycles each month. Most of us are unaware of these cycles, but it's the reason why one chest workout you my seem to have tons of strength and energy, and the next chest workout you may feel drained and run-down. Diet, mental stress, physical stress, and recuperation factor in to daily and weekly cycles of strength and energy, but the bigger picture is that there are monthly, or even yearly cycles that our bodies follow that are dictated by genetics. I don't think there is any way to counter-act this.

how you age is just 5% genetics. all other reasons are "trigger factors" just heard this on a john tesh radio show

i am not aware of hardly any cycles for the human except a womans period and applying a stimulant cycle of coco and carob. all other "cycles" are heresay unless logic is presented to me otherwise fuck that noise.

A
