- Lots of muscle memory, for what it's worth
- Access to the best gear around
- Access to the best doctors/physicians around

Too old.  He could get in pretty good shape, but his heart ("pig") valve couldn't take the steroids he'd need to get anywhere decent.  Best to just use CGI to make him look like he did in the first Terminator movie.
