  • Roger Bacon tries to be witty and fails
What's the number one thing you wish you had known when you started training?  What did you learn, or change about the way you train that made the biggest difference?

It's pretty much a waste of time, without drugs and the genetics to go with it. Seriously if I had realistic expectations I would of never set foot in the gym. Thankfully, I enjoy the lifestyle way more than how it makes me look.

  • Her tetas were shaped like little pointy tortillas
I would've definitely would've been experimenting w/PHs way back when it was being thrown at people for free at BB shows.  Seeing some good muscle gains and loss in body fat would've really boosted my confidence.

Stay Lean, add quality mass slowly. Sloppy bulking only works when you can gain and then cut on Tren/GH/t3/clen/var/primo/etc. to lose all that god damn blubber and VAT you accumulated. Even then, its inefficient and redundant. VAT gained during periods of high estrogen (and free test) is a BITCH to lose. Ignore the scale, focus on the mirror. "Bulking" should not belong in the vocabulary of a recreational weight training enthusiast concerned with looking good and being fairly healthy. You are just a fat ass.

I still laugh when I see these fat fucking permabulking powerlifting wunnabe retards at the gym in Tapout gear. It's disgusting. It makes me embarrassed to even be there working out with all the idiots. Make no mistake schmoes, when you look around the gym next time you will see you are generally surrounded by idiots with low IQs and/or low self-esteem/insecurities/complexes. If I wasn't so god damn vain I would stop going myself just to get away from all the mouth breathers.

Do not join a gym, do not listen to any kind of trainer as they re all bullshitting narcistic assholes afraid you might look better, bigger than them, 99% of them are insecure egocentrical shallow liars, losers, who have nothing else in life other than their needles and weights.
Do not buy any kind of "supplement", any kind of magazine.
Do not waste your time training bodyparts nobody can see as most people will think you re a reincarnation of arnold s as long as you have big biceps and chest.
Do not become a "bodybuilder", lift and eat for health , family, to be a good example for kids, inspire people and let them come to you for advices without thinking you re "better" than them cause you have some muscles - remember there s always a bigger fish in the pond.
Muscles are 0.0000000000000000000000 001 of what life is about.  Only losers think they are 99.9% of it.

  • I hope I'm not boring you.
1) I wish I took up a mixed powerlifting & strongman training style earlier.

2) Never tried the bulk up then cut stratagy as a older man. After a certain point, it always seemed like it was 2 steps foward, 1 3/4 steps back after I left my very early 20's.

3) Paid way more attention to joint mobility work, etc.... early on. It's a pain to get back.
