You can argue that bbers use there body to make a living, its all aesthetics and more exhibition  while sprinting, gymnasts are actual sports that you'll look more of a clown doing it in public

I think it just comes down to dollars and cents.  Is it worth it for them to take the time and arrest bodybuilders with hormones for personal use or better to go after crack dealers who are seeling drugs that cause far more problems to the body and society (someone once posted here - "No one has ever knocked over a bank or killed someone because of their steroid itch").  Also, if they were to bust someone for juice, they want the top distributors, not the amateurs or even pro's who have their personal stash for competitive purposes and aren't bothering anyone.

Think about marijuana.  People only get busted for a dime bag if they happen to be getting in trouble for something else (like being pulled over for speeding and "hey what's that I smell in here??").  However, the guys moving pounds of grass across the boarder are of more direct interest.

In Times Square?  I'm from NYC too bro and been here all my life and hate Times Square like most NYers.  30,000 people were there and guess what?  The majority of them were tourists who probably stopped to see what was going on because it's like "ooooohhhh look, big men in the middle of Times Square.  Only in NYC do you see this stuff!!!"  Ridiculous.  I avoid that place at all costs.  Every time I go there I walk right into some camera happy asian or whatever race, it doesn't matter, tourist, because they need to take a picture every 5 feet and can't just keep it moving.

I got more of a kick out of riding the 6 train a few months back on the way home from my exes late at night and some homeless guy whipped out his cock and started pissing right on the train seats.  Now that is something the tourists don't see everyday!  Only in NY though!
