Ok, there are several variables to consider here. Depending on the amount of garbage in your system, it might take up to a couple years feeling like shit whilst your body cleans up before you start feeling better. Then, there is glycemia. After eating refined carbohydrates for many years, your pancreas becomes accustomed to produce a large amount of insulin, meaning that when you swirtch to fruits and low GI starches, your blood sugar plummets for several weeks until your body becomes accustomed to producing less insulin. Then, there is the issue of genetics. Some people are very resistent to poisons like the chemicals and preservatives in processed foods and to acidosis - which results when you eat too much starches, proteins and saturated fats and not much alkalinizing foods like vegetables and fruits -, whilst others deteriorate very fast on trash diets. Then finally, maybe your expectations were too high? Eating a diet of mostly fruits and vegetables improves the functioning of the heart as less fat is clogging the blood, improves physical appearance as the body becomes more alkaline and leaves more energy available for body locomotion as there are less complex molecules like proteins, complex carbohydrates and saturated fatty acids that are difficult to break down and metabolize and put a stress on the body's eliminative organs since they produce poisons like ammonia and uric acid. But a diet of mostly fruits and vegetables will not turn you into a superman. In fact, in the the long run you need some protein and fat-heavy meals to provide the body with the raw material for muscles, organs and nerves and also nutrients that are only found in significant amounts in foods that contain large amounts of protein and fats. For instance, only fat-rich foods contain vitamin Es, and you need a significant amount of fat to assimilate this vitamin, or vitamin B12, which is only found in protein-rich foods like eggs and meat. A balanced diet that leaves your body alkaline - meaning lots of greens - and provides protein and fats in significant amount to allow for muscles, organs and nerve building and complete assimilation of vitamins is the ideal. But cut the artificial colors, hydrogenated fats and refined sugar. These things add nothing and cause harm, although usually only after chronic ingestion.

great post as usual SUCK.

ive found that FOR ME, organic natural diet does nothing for me...ive always had a fast metabolism so ive always been at my best when eating grotesque amounts of calories including several fast food meals a week; anything less leaves me depleted and weak and aged-looking.

I think what he means by "organic" is not food grown without pesticides and antibiotics, but just natural, non-processed foods.

i ate only food products marked with 'organic' including fruits, meals, peanut butter, jelly, pasta, proetein, eggs, ect...basically everything...tasted fine but was expensive and left me stil hungry, lost weight and lost strength and basic functions, aged drastically, finally switched back to delicious fast food and calorie-dense 'bad' foods and i am back to full strength with returned weight and size and satisfaction and peace of mind and the ability to crush beer bottle caps with two fingers and more

You will prob see the difference over a much longer period of time.  3 months is a very small amount of time.  The big diff you will see with organic vs. inorganic has to do with the cumulative effect of all the pesticides, herbicides and other chemicals used in the production of inorganic.

Can you give a 1 day example of the organic food you ate, and another example of the non-organic diet you have gone back to.

This sounds like a classic example of someone going the raw/organic etc. diet but not realizing that ultimately, it failed/didn't work cause they simply didn't eat enough.  I could be wrong, hence the previous question.
