What time did Palin announce on Levin that she isn't running?

CT in me has seen her time her announcements very wisely.  Quitting her Gov job on  the july 3rd afternoon, to avoid coverage on the July4 weekend.  She's very good at minimizing impact of bad stories, and shining great with her

Was it just a coincidence that her news story was buried by Steve Jobs coverage?  I think Levin is on from 6 til 9?  I'm not sure what time AP broke the Jobs news, I thought it was 5 pm EST?

If Obama waited for a major news story to piggyback his release, it would be news.  Just curious - anyone know what time each news story happened?  Surely she isn't saavy enough to hear the news, know it would dominate headlines, and quicky call up Levin?

what's the time?  Probably just some amazing coincidence she chooses right after the most prominent death of the year to call up a radio outlet and deliver a quick "i'm not running" so it goes undetected.
