you never over 8% ,, you are what i call prime example of how you play with water weight and thatswhy you are small,, and lack thickness...hormones would help there dramaticaly ,, trenbolona testosterona equipona etc
over all between first pic and last pic 2% bodyfat andmainly water weight,, its pretty much all same in the zone of 6-8% with diff lighting diff days diff nutrition diff timing...diff many things as you know with pictures nothing coms out the way it really is ,, pictures are illusions in time
the estimation fo you to be 15 % in the last pic lol and 12in the second picture are bording with the most horrid postings i ever read in the thunderdome,,

you are RIPPED IN ALL PICTURES! you are closer to shredded in the first one! reasn you lack thickness is hormonal ... reason you lack density in the muscle...is hormonal ,, but thebodyfat levels are exactly 2% between pic 1 and pic 3 ,, 6 7 8 ! in this order ,, mainly water playing
