1. 6% yellow light make it look more seperated than it is...but6-7%

2. 7%

you never over 8% ,, you are what i call prime example of how you play with water weight and thatswhy you are small,, and lack thickness...hormones would help there dramaticaly ,, trenbolona testosterona equipona etc

over all between first pic and last pic 2% bodyfat andmainly water weight,, its pretty much all same in the zone of 6-8% with diff lighting diff days diff nutrition diff timing...diff many things as you know with pictures nothing coms out the way it really is ,, pictures are illusions in time

the estimation fo you to be 15 % in the last pic lol and 12in the second picture are bording with the most horrid postings i ever read in the thunderdome,,

i really start thinking fellas here have no idea what body fat is ,,

you are RIPPED IN ALL PICTURES! you are closer to shredded in the first one! reasn you lack thickness is hormonal ... reason you lack density in the muscle...is hormonal ,, but thebodyfat levels are exactly 2% between pic 1 and pic 3 ,, 6 7 8 ! in this order ,, mainly water playing

they are fuckinf crazy im not kidding,, fella show me 3 pictures of him look the damn same,, yes he has little less water that reveal little more lower abdominal ,,abotu 1-2 % less bodyfat and little less water.. but 15%? 12%? 10%? lol

fellas is ripedin pictures 2 and3 and SHREDED in pic 1 ....mainly ripped and or shreded in all 3 pictures only lighting change the final outcome of picture,, take pic in bathroom mirror with thecamera on no flash....itcomes out yellow with shadows all the right places...if you are tann and shaved you canbring 8% to look liek 6%,,dependign on pose etc,, he is all about the same there 2% diff over all

fella doesnt go over 8% lol  those so call natural fellas are unbelivable lol they always walk 8% and think they are 15 lol this iswhy they dont ever grow lol this is the exact reason ! lol

what is the best way to get rid of this water layer you talk about naturally?-will epdhedrine caffeine stack help?-how much water to drink a day? -thx

do you mean permantently dry? i'd say a steady intake of water will make the body flush wather than retain. and much less sodium in your food, meaning less sauces, less junk.

i have no evidence for this; but a cleaner type of diet with slower carbs seems to help me with water retention.

caffeine is just a quick fix. the body will respond by holding more water when the water level is below normal. i drink very much caffeine throughout the days and i hold water like a cactus

thx-yes I mean to walk around as dry as I can in a healthy state-perhaps a few days of drinking 2 gallons of water and sauna lol-and keep sodium low
