Read the title and first post of the thread. 

The reason i believe OB should share in part of the credit for killing OBL is because he, at a time of very low approval ratings, rolled the dice and Okay-ed the raid.  If the raid got screwed up some how, he would have had major criticisms from all directions.  It took balls on his part.

AQ offers support to the Taliban and atleast 3 or 4 other organizations inside Afghanistan. We don't even recognize the the Taliban as the heirs to the Mujahideen who fought the Russians. The Taliban are a home grown, Pakistan financed group that came roaring out of Kandahar in 1994ish....The Taliban's leader has even admitted that they could care less what happens outside Afghanistan if NATO leaves.
