I saw that moron try to defend the "first responders bill" this morning for $35 Billion and wanted to scream at how stupid he is.  


Joe S. is a moron.   only a complete fool could defend pissing away 35 Billion like that.   Yeah - lets toss 35 billion to teachers and cops for a year and then have the states lay them off again in a year because their pay and benes are too costly as it is.   F'ng brilliant.
