Jay has a great willpower, he knows that when he stops bodybuilding he won't make nearly as much money so he has to have many other businesses in order to keep his house and all the cars.

But the music is embarrasing to listen to :D

I guess that once you've experienced what being a millionaire and wealthy sob is all about and you're starting to see visions of the future how you could end up being as a regular joe you will do ALOT to maintain the millionaire lifestyle. Even if it means doing embarrasing music and embarras yourself in general  :P, you don't care at that point. I think we all would do it.
