barbell curls for the midrange, incline dumbell curls for the stretch and concentration curls for the peak contraction. biceps are toast!

bb curls invoke no more peak contraction that conc curls, and incline db curls only "stretch" the bicep in its downmost position- even then it isnt the bicep thats being stretched!!...
each one of those exercises move through the point of maximum moment- maximum load- for the biceps. Thats the only position that tests the bicep muscle. in fact you dont even need to go to full contraction or extension in order to build the muscle.
other than fascial stretching- which is still debatable, your routine offers nothing over any other one, except your mind set which believes that it will work better than something else.
if they are toast, then its cause u worked harder, or changed from your usual routine.
