Hartford Ct.,circa 1974,a bodybuilder named Paul Santos.......200 pounds inclined pressed the 150`s for 5 good full range reps....touched his delts on each rep at the bottom, and locked out each rep at the top.

This guys a nancyboy doing nothing that ain`t been done better by tons of guys long before he did his partial rep shit.

Question is,is he training his chest,or training his ego......you decide!!
