One of the things that has hurt Women's Bodybuilding as far as popularity goes, is the size and definition of the top Women today. On a personal note, I love muscle, and would of my favorite FBB's is Yaxeni Oriquen. Nonetheless, many women today want to train like bodybuilders, do the diet, and live the life. I think many people would not only enjoy following Natural Women's Bodybuilding, but I'm confident they'd even consider pursuing it.

In this video, you can have a look at INBF competitor Amanda McDonald. She trains year round, works as firefighter, teaches group classes, and eats clean - ALWAYS. Amanda has done a lion's share of shows over the years and she brings all those insights to her bodybuilding class. Gym Bumz Fitness is one of the few gyms I've ever visited, that only doesn't crap on bodybuilding (like Planet Fitness), but they actually have a CLASS on how to bodybuild and compete!

Some dopes on here might call this spamming, which is pretty ridiculous. This thread lives, breathes, and sleeps BODYBUILDING!
Female and bodybuilding should never be used in the same paragraph, let alone sentence.
